The GoFit Padded ankle weights are available in 5# (2.5# each) or 10# (5# each) pairs.  These are adjustable ankle or wrist weights that are popular for lower body training and physical therapy exercises.  The padded interior provides extra comfort and the velcro closures ensure a proper fit.

The weight ingots are 1/4# for the 5# pair,  and ~1/2# for the 10# pair.
