The GoFit Pivoting Push Up Pods will take your upper body and core workout to the next level!  The handles themselves get your hands above the floor surface, which allows a fuller range of motion and better pre-stretch position.  These pods are designed to rotate and be somewhat unstable, forcing the user to control the motion and use more of the core muscles.  These are lightweight and portable.  They have a rubberized, gripping texture on the bottom for use on all floors.  The contoured handles also have a comfortable rubber grip.
