The GoFit Core Stability and Balance Disk will help take your training to the next level!  Balance disks are used for yoga, pilates, and balance/stability exercises.   It can be used as a physical therapy aid for ankles, knees and hips as well.  Air can be removed or added to make standing or balancing on the disk more or less challenging.  The Core Stability and Balance Disk can also be used on a chair for “active sitting,” which helps engage the core muscles.
