The Bodycraft F703 is a compact, multi-purpose bench. It is designed for use with dumbbells, functional training gyms and free weight racks. It has a low seat height of 16″, which makes it easy to grab dumbbells. This bench has 6 upright positions from flat to 85 degrees. The built in assist handle helps users that are using it with a functional training gym for added stablility when performing several exercises. This bench is rated for 800 pounds, so it is definitely sturdy and built to last!
