The console gives you all the feedback you would expect from a commercial grade recumbent bike. It also has several programs to help you focus on specific fitness goals. This recumbent also has thumbtip controls on the stationary handles to change the resistance and settings. The heart rate contacts are not working, and unfortunately the parts are not currently available. But the rest of the bike is solid!
This bike does not require any external power. It can be placed anywhere in your home or facility and you don’t have to worry about outlets or tripping over the cord. The user supplies the power!
