Description
The Teeter Freestep is a recumbent stepper machine that works the whole body. It features a compact footprint (~4.5’x3′) and simple manual resistance control. The Teeter Freestep uses smooth, silent magnetic resistance. This is a machine that almost anyone can use, but even seasoned athletes can get a good workout on.
The lower body motion is easier on the ankles, knees, and hips than other seated cardio machines. The upper body handles can be rotated and re-positioned to target different muscle groups in the arms, chest, and back. Seat can be adjusted for height as well as the tilt position of the back pad.
Similar to many physical therapy machines, but at a fraction of the price!! It’s an ideal, affordable, total-body exercise machine for just about anyone.
