The Inspire SCS Power Cage Ensemble combines the functions of a Smith machine and functional training gym in one system! The plate-loaded Smith Machine portion is ideal for squats and barbell exercises when used with a bench. You can also safely rack a freeweight barbell in the cage as well.
The rest of the machine operates as a functional trainer, with 6 pulleys-2 High, 2 Low, and 2 adjustable pulleys. This package also has multiple pull-up handle positions. The high pulley positions can also be adjusted to fit your room perfectly.
