The GoFit Elevated Chin Up Station will take your bodyweight training to new heights… Literally! The chin up bar is raised above the door frame to allow a more full range of movement. It can be used with the hands in two different positions for chin ups and pull ups. This multipurpose bar can also be used for push ups, dips, and sit ups when mounted low or placed on the floor.
The GoFit Elevated Chin Up station uses leverage and gravity to instantly and securely install in a doorway, with no additional screws or brackets required.
Fits most standard-sized doorways 32″ to 34″ with 2″-5.5″ moldings with at least 1/2″ depth. A solid and secured door frame is required for proper installation.
