On Saturday we purchased a Vision Fitness Elliptical and took it home in a box. Three holes did not line up in a mounting bracket, making it impossible to insert the screws. We called Robert (our salesman) who connected us with Mike in your service department. Mike exchanged the lower link arm immediately so we would not have to wait on a part from the manufacturer. We finished the assembly so we could use the machine (Which is EXCELLENT). We want to thank Robert and Mike for their excellent service and desire to make us happy.
